Free Tin From Tornado (what a blessing and payoff)

Share This Post With A Friend

The tornado several months ago that made its way through our community has blessed us with a trailer load for free tin. This tin was not just a blessing, but also a huge payoff for us. It literally has saved us hundreds of dollars. H not having to purchase tin for our outdoor chicken run roof.

Benefits Of Free Tin

The recent tornado that ripped its way through our area was devastating, but was also a blessing for many people. For us, it was a huge help in many ways. Not only for the free tin, but also for truck and trailer loads of free lumber and firewood that has came in so handy here on the farm.

This free tin had some nail holes in it, and some was bent in places, but all in all it was perfect for our outdoor chicken run roof. Check out the pictures below and see for yourself…

We know it will have some leaks due to nail holes, but who cares. Our chickens won’t care and neither will we. After all, it is an outdoor chicken run, not full time living quarters…Lol.

More chicken coop updates of this project, tornado cleanup video and others coming soon.

Always do your best,

Mike Pilcher
