I wanted to share our cabin flooring used from an old barn that we are tearing down.
Although we aren’t sure if the year of this old barn yet, it’s obvious it’s for sure from the early 1900’s.
In the pictures below you can see the oak boards we have laid out in the cabin to get an idea for our pattern.

More to come once we start fastening the barn wood down to the floor, and also exactly how we are doing it and what other materials we will be using.
We will also share the ship lap barn wood from the same old barn we will be using on the walls of our cabin, as well as installation techniques used.
