As you will see in the photos below, wives and Stihl weed trimmers are a great match up. Yes, wives or any woman can really run a weed trimmer, so don’t let them try to say they can’t.
My wife is awesome! She can run this Stihl FS90R weed trimmer pictured below and our large Scag 61″ zero turn mower. Soon Rhonda will soon be operating/running the NEW addition to our off grid farm, our Kubota M7060HD tractor…
We had to finally bite the bullet and get a better tractor than the one we had. The old Oliver bit the dust and wouldn’t run right anymore. It just wasn’t dependable enough and we couldn’t trust it. It is planting time and we have to start plowing and getting ready to get our sweet corn and pumpkins in the ground. We want our sweet corn to be ready for right around July 4th and pumpkins ready for this fall, so it’s time to get everything in the ground.
There was also a HUGE need for a front end loader tractor here at Pin Oaks Farm with all the dirt to move for building our new home and the other huge chores we have…a loader tractor was a must! This Kubota loader tractor is a 71HP tractor which should work out perfect for us. Large enough to do the heavy stuff, but yet compact enough to perform in tight places…and it’s 4 wheel drive. Just like the off grid water hauling we do, this loader tractor be such a help for this back wrenching project.
You may have noticed that Rhonda (pictured above) is running a Stihl weed trimmer. Sure, there is lots of other good weed trimmers on the market, but it’s all Stihl for me. Running a lawn care business and having our large property to maintain, I’ve just found that the commercial/pro line of Stihl equipment is the only way to go.
The cheap ones just won’t hold up to the use I give them, so that is why I mention Stihl weed trimmers, Stihl blowers and Stihl chain saws. For you it can be or may be something different, but for me it’s Stihl!

Will all women do what my wife does and run a Stihl Weed Trimmer, or other weed trimmers?
No, they will not! Could they? Of course they could, but most women will not. For the vast majority of lady’s out there, most will not ever operate a weed trimmer, or operate a large zero turn mower, and especially a tractor. Probably nothing more than intimidation that stops many, or the fact that they think they are just to good to do something like this. My wife Rhonda always finds a way to explore and do new things and almost always enjoys doing it.
Even though most husbands would like their Wives and Stihl Weed Trimmers to be a good match up, it probably won’t happen. Most wives will not operate any type of weed trimmers, or any of the equipment mentioned above. I have an awesome wife and I’m proud of it. For the record, I am proud to have 4 daughters that can also run weed trimmers and do it often.
So you husbands need to get to work on your wives and fit your weed trimmers in their hands. Tell them how fun it is. Let them know how good it is for them to get outdoors and help you, plus it’s great exercise. It cost money for gym memberships, but running your weed trimmer is free. Women like free…Lol!
